DIG for Monday the 28th of March…..seesaw of love and abundance…..3 John 2

In our Bible study last night we were discussing the love of God, or rather how much God loves us.

I saw a picture of a seesaw and on one side was the words “God’s love” and on the other “abundance”.

In the picture I saw “God’s love” increase in size thus pushing that side of the seesaw down, and as it lowered the “abundance” slid down onto that side as well.

My understating of this is that as we realise how much God loves us, we accept that He wants the best for us and we are able to accept the abundance that He has already provided.

Through the finished work of Jesus, Father God has already provided abundance in the terms of healing and wholeness, joy, peace and prosperity.

As we grow in a revelation of how much He loves us, our understanding that He wants the best for us will also grow.

This will lead to a willingness to accept the abundance He has for us.

Father God loves us so much He wants us all to live in abundance, to live in health and prosperity (3 John 2).

Many people go against the truth of what is called the “prosperity Gospel”; I prefer to just call this the Gospel.

I think they are not prepared to accept prosperity as they do not full understand the love that God has for them and as a result how He wants them to live.

Living in poverty and illness is not what God wants for you; it is not what Jesus died for.

Jesus came so that you might have life in abundance; it is the enemy who wants you sick and poor (John 10 v 10).

Learn more about His love for you and get ready to accept His abundance.

Speak this out today…..”Thank you Lord that above all things you want me to live in health and prosperity”.

3 John 2…..Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth
