DIG for Friday the 15th of July……God does not move in mysterious ways…..Colossians 1 v 26 and 27

I was listening to a great preacher this morning talking about the Word of God.

He said, “People say that God works in mysterious ways, I say No He doesn’t”.

This is something I’ve been saying for years, that God does not work in mysterious ways; we can see how He works by reading the Bible.

Jesus is the express image of the Father so if we look to Jesus we can see the character of God and the way He will operate (Hebrews 1 v 3).

If we look to Jesus we can see the true nature and character of God and we can see what He will do and what He will not do.

There is no mystery or debate over whether the Father wants you healed; we can see from the actions of Jesus that He does.

There is no mystery or debate over whether the Father wants you to live a life of prosperity and abundance, that I why Jesus came (John 10 v 10).

God is not mysterious in His actions; Jesus could only do what His Father sent Him to do and could only do what His Father does.

Look to Jesus in the Gospels to see what God will do!

To still say that God works in mysterious ways is the words of ignorance, not knowing what the Bible says.

Don’t be ignorant!

Seek out the Word and learn how God will work and how God will move, work this out for yourself by studying your Bible.

Speak this out today…..”Thank you Lord for your Word and thank you that we can see that you will not move in mysterious ways”.

Colossians 1 v 26 and 27…..Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but not is made manifest to his saints: To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among you Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory
