DIG for Friday the 21st of April…..yes, this peace thing really does work…..Isaiah 26 v 3

I’ve just had a very encouraging Facebook chat this afternoon with a dear sister.

She has been having issues recently that could have caused her real stress and anxiety, but you know what, she has had peace throughout the whole process.

You see, what I’ve been writing about over the last could of DIGs really does work.

The Word will do what the Word says it will do.

As a famous commercial in the UK used to say, “it does exactly what it says on the tin”If the Word says you are healed, then you are healed.

If the Word says you are prosperous, then you are prosperous.

And if the Word says you can live in peace (no matter what your circumstances are) you can indeed live in peace, if you do what it says.

So let me remind you (once again) what you can do to live in peace.

You need to keep your mind fixed and focussed on God and not on your problems (Isaiah 26 v 3).

You can rejoice in all circumstances, be moderate, careful and thankful to the Lord (Philippians 4 v 4 to 7).

The key is to focus on Him and His goodness and not on your problems.

It really is not ‘rocket science’ this principle, it is really quite simple.

But it is a principle you need to choose to operate in yourself.

Speak this out today…..”Thank you Lord for your Word and thank you that your Word does what it says it will do”.

Isaiah 26 v 3…..Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusted in thee
